 What’s Happening in November!!! 

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

To start out the Christmas Season in Branson, on November 1 (Saturday) is the 2nd Annual Holiday Promenade of the stars parade located at the Branson Landing. This event is felled with local celebrities and entertainers from the Branson area so don’t miss special guest appearances from Six to cast of Hammer and Barber, Sprit of Christmas cast, Promise, Andy Williams, and a whole lot more! And to top it all off even Santa will make his way to the middle of the landing to his very own Christmas Tree House in Town Square! It begins at 10am to 1pm. Next is the Enchanted Forest Light Display that starts November 1 (Saturday) to December 31 (Wednesday). This is the only light drive through display that is free to drive through and is home of the “Freedom Tree” from dusk till midnight. So if you love Christmas light displays, I suggest you drive through this one. In the past we have and different times at night you can even see live deer walking around. Another drive through light display is the Trail of Lights at Shepherd of the Hills. This starts November 1st (Saturday) to December 31st (Wednesday) open 7 days a week from dusk till midnight. Now you will travel through a variety of different lands, each with its own theme and holiday music, from fantasy to religious to patriotic. Life-size (and some larger than life) three-dimensional characters have their own housing so you can peek in on the fun happening inside. Admission costs $10 per adult and children 4-16 are $5. Then we have Veterans Homecoming Week!! This starts on November 5th (Friday) to November 11th (Thursday). Now this is America's Largest Veterans Day Celebration and is a seven-day tribute to honor the veterans who have served as the stewards of freedom. On November 15th (Saturday) At the Mansion Theater will me Amy Grant. There are still plenty of seating left for this event. Floor costs $66 and Balcony is $55. The show will start at 8pm. Who can forget Silver Dollar City’s “An Old Time Christmas” that beginnings on November 1st (Saturday) to December 30th (Tuesday). Come see over 4 million dazzling lights with all new surprises and more! The beautiful huge Christmas tree in time square along with the sing along Christmas train, a Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol”, the Christmas Parade that goes through the park at different times through out the night, and many more.
